Take 5

Take 5 is a space that you can come to whenever you need to take a break, take a breath and do something creative to lower your heart rate, lower your blood pressure (and lower those shoulders).
Take a deep breath now and notice where your shoulders are and as you breathe out gently release those muscles and relax.
