Take 5
Take 5 is more of a guided space that you can come to whenever you need to take a break, take a breath and do something creative to lower your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and drop those shoulders!
Why don't we all take a deep breath now and notice where your shoulders are (mine are up by my ears) and as you breathe out gently release those muscles and relax...please keep checking back as I am in the process of getting this bit together...it will be guided and chilled and very VERY easy to follow :)
