Take 5

Take 5 is a space that you can come to whenever you need to take a break, take a breath and do something creative to lower your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and lower those shoulders.
Take a deep breath now and notice where your shoulders are (mine are up by my ears) and as you breathe out gently release those muscles and relax.
Please keep checking back as I am in the process of getting this bit together...it will be very chilled and very VERY easy to follow :)
