Making art helps us express what words sometimes can't. Art and storytelling have been a part of human communication for thousands of years, helping us to connect and make sense of the world we live in. At Green Lane Studio art is all about the process: exploring, expressing and being yourself in a safe and supportive space. And the best thing is it gives our beautiful brains a break and sends a clear message of calm to our bodies.
