A little bit about me...

It is so lovely to see you here and as an art therapist and arts educator I am passionate about helping people feel confident, empowered, and connected through creativity.

Starting at West Herts College, via Soho, working in post-production and animation for children's programming with the BBC and Channel 4 via book illustration for Harper Collins and Little Door Books, I have found that trusting the artistic process as a therapeutic tool, alongside my own art practice has become my focus (it is however not doing anything for my penchant for long sentences).

With over 10 years of experience as an art therapist in schools, private practice and hospitals and more than 30 years leading creative workshops for children, young people, adults, and businesses, I’ve seen the incredible power of art to heal, connect, and inspire.

I am absolutely convinced, by first-hand experience, of what giving someone a space to express themselves with no expectations just lots of care, support (and loads of art materials) can do.

My passion is helping you make your mark!

Whether in a workshop, club, or therapy session, I offer a relaxed, supportive space where creativity can build confidence, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing. Simply put, making art is really good for you.

Just to tick a few boxes I’m a fully qualified art psychotherapist, registered with the HCPC and a member of BAAT. I’m also ICO registered, fully insured, and hold an enhanced DBS check.
